The event is March 8, 2025 at 6:00 pm., The Carlisle Banquets in Lombard, IL. Allow two weeks for book editing and publication.


Full Page, Front inside cover: $400.


Full Page, Back inside cover: $350.


Full Page, inside book: $300 each.


Half Page, inside book: $175 each.


Quarter Page, inside book: $100 each.

 

Contribution rules

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
A copy of our report filed with the State Board of Elections is (or will be) available for purchase from the State Board of Elections, Springfield, Illinois.
