AGENDA:
1PM - Guests begin to arrive and sign in. To ensure everyone feels safe, we will be having guests sign in on a welcome sheet and choose between a set of colors that tells people how you would like to be greeted:
Green - Any greeting is welcome!
Yellow - Fist Bump, please!
Orange - Elbow Bumps!
Red - Say hello, but please keep 6 feet!
2PM - Speaker Adrienne Jones will arrive and kick off the remarks from elected officials, followed by remarks from family/friends.
3-5PM - Continue to use this time to mix and mingle! We will be providing light desserts and refreshments, but please feel free to bring your own blanket and/or chairs, and anything you would want to set up your own little picnic! The grounds of the mansion are beautiful and we hope you take some time to enjoy them.
There will also be opportunities for guided tours of the mansion! Please remember to bring your mask for when you are inside.
