Our Executive Committee is dedicated to building out the ACDC by providing the tools and resources for committee members to actively engage with voters in their neighborhoods and turn out the vote for our Democratic candidates. Contributions by individuals and political action committees are unlimited, and corporations are limited to $1,000 per calendar year. An itemized listing of each contributor (including name, address, occupation, and employer) giving aggregate totals of more than $200 must be filed with the Secretary of State.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- If this contribution is made with a corporate card, I certify that it is within the legal limits for corporate contributions.
- Corporations, incorporated companies, and incorporated associations are prohibited from contributing more than $1,000 per calendar year, directly or indirectly, to a political party, candidate for office or political committee.
