CHICAGO MUSIC FOR DEMOCRACY MUSICIAN'S FUND
Music for Democracy is an annual concert to expand grassroot engagement and reward hard-working activists with a time of joy while continuing the fight for democracy. This event, planned for the fall, is sponsored by a coalition of Indivisible chapters and civic partners. The concert includes a Democracy Fair. We are nonpartisan, but we will urge everyone to vote for a progressive outcome.
The purpose of this fund is to be able to reward the musicians that give of themselves to bring us joy. Any grant funding that chapters receive from the national organization cannot be used for salaries and therefore cannot pay the musicians. Your donations are greatly appreciated.
