As the 2024 voting cycle begins in earnest, few doubt that Pennsylvania will play a critical role. Partners 4 Democracy believes in the work the The New Pennsylvania Project (NPP) does on the ground in that key state.


NPP was founded to expand Pennsylvania's electorate to reflect the Commonwealth's demographically changing population.
