Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

Contributions to Pan Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: For contributions from multicandidate PACs, the first $5,000 will be allocated to Dr. Richard Pan for Congress for the general election. The next $5,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the California Democratic Party federal account. For contributions from individuals and other federally permissible persons, the first $3,500 will be allocated to Dr. Richard Pan for Congress for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the California Democratic Party Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting compliance@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
