A handful of down-ballot congressional races will determine the effectiveness of the next president
ProgressiveLabs has targeted a handful of congressional races that, with adequate resources, could have a decent chance of becoming Democratic. We have culled this list to fit a very narrow criteria. Each of these has the following:
- Republican incumbent (or open seat)
- Carried by Joe Biden in 2020
- Raised less than $5M
