Philly SocFem for Kendra and Nicolas

Join the Philly SocFem for a fundraiser for the campaigns of Kendra Brooks and Nicolas O'Rourke Working Families candidates for City Council at-large on Friday, September 20th at 7PM at 37 S 42nd Street. Kendra and Pastor Nicolas will be on the November 2019 ballot to get the Republicans out and working families in to City Hall.

Kendra is a longtime education organizer in the city -- having led the campaigns to stop the privatization of Steel School in Nicetown, to regain local control of Philadelphia's schools from the state and to end the 10-year tax abatement. Nicolas has led POWER's work against mass incarceration, serves as a Pastor at Living Waters UCC in Oxford Circle and has been active holding the police accountable.

Contribute what you can to get these fighters for racial and economic justice into City Hall!
