Ryan Dorsey is the City Councilman for the 3rd District representing Northeast Baltimore. He works to make Baltimore livable and fair for all of us.

In his first term on the Baltimore City Council, Ryan passed landmark transportation legislation, created an independent Office of the Inspector General via ballot initiative, and banned source of income discrimination in Baltimore Housing. Now he's working on overhauling the financial disclosure requirements in Baltimore's ethics code, protecting whistleblowers who speak out when public servants abuse power, and modernizing the City's towing laws, and he also chairs of the City Council's new standalone transportation committee.
