building a well-resourced, year-round Party operation that centers on democratic values;

building a pipeline of highly skilled and diverse candidates and operatives;

reestablishing and grow our historical linkage with rural voters;

Recruiting, educating, and building community among new and existing voters;

and, protecting and defending our democracy.
