I'm running for U.S. Senate in Virginia because I believe it's time to put traditional politics aside and focus on everyday issues that affect everyday people.

We need representatives that will focus on common sense policies including safeguarding democracy; protecting the rights and freedoms of everyone; providing quality affordable healthcare for all; guaranteeing a woman's right to reproductive care; making America affordable for working families; minimizing harm to the environment; and protecting our social safety nets like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security.

I'm not a politician and I won't be fundraising like a typical politician. I have no interest in collecting a massive war chest of funds. I'll be fundraising to support specific goals and actions, the first of which is to purchase grip cards and start introducing myself to the residents of Virginia.

I intend for this to be a true grassroots campaign. I will not be accepting campaign funds from corporate PACs or Super PACs.
