Your generous contribution along with thousands of others gives NORML the resources to maintain our small (but mighty) staff, provide you and lawmakers with up to date analysis of the marijuana movement from the consumer perspective, pay for the tools that our chapters use including our robust Action Alert system, and most importantly, allow us the freedom to represent consumer interests, not those of the industry.

The mission of NORML has and always will be simple, to make sure that adults who consume marijuana are not treated as criminals or second class citizens and to create a legal market from which they can purchase high-quality products at reasonable prices. From our chapters in legal states fighting on the front lines for employment protections for off the clock consumption, to those where the weight of prohibition is still in full effect and a mere possession charge can result in jail time and even the loss of one's voting rights, it’s you and people just like you who keep us going.
