- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
A copy of our report is (or will be) filed with the Illinois State Board of Elections, Springfield, Illinois and/or available for purchase from the Clerk's Office of Monroe County, Waterloo, Illinois.
