Contribution Rules

  1. I am a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien.
  2. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.

Rhode Island law prohibits the acceptance of any corporate or business contributions. Only personal contributions are an acceptable form of contribution to Pell for Governor. The maximum contribution is $1,000 per person per calendar year. State law also requires place of employment be reported. Donations are not tax deductible. Please note: Pell for Governor will NOT be accepting contributions from political action committees (PACs) and Rhode Island registered lobbyists. Pell for Governor will be reporting all contributions regardless of amount.
