Contribution Rules

  1. I am a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  4. I am at least eighteen years old.
  5. I am not a foreign national, federal contractor, national bank, or corporation chartered by an act of Congress

The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows: The first $5,200 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to Al Franken for Senate 2014. The first $2,600/$5,000 of a person’s/multicandidate committee’s contribution will be considered designated for the primary election; the second $2,600/$5,000 will be considered designated for the general election. The next $32,400 of each contribution from a person and the next $15,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, Inc. Contributions or gifts to 10,000 Lakes Victory 2014 are not tax deductible. Paid for by 10,000 Lakes Victory 2014, a joint fundraising committee authorized by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, Inc. and Al Franken for Senate 2014 .
