POWER: An Interfaith Movement

Donate to POWER: An Interfaith Movement

With more than 30,000 members across seven counties, POWER is the fastest growing community organization committed to racial and economic justice in Pennsylvania. We bring together people across lines of race, class, faith tradition, geography and issues -- lines which have divided us for too long -- to pursue a common vision of equity, abundance and inclusion. POWER has been a leader in such major victories as raising the starting wage for outsourced city workers to $15/hour, getting a funding formula passed at the state level which corrects for decades of inequity, and ending the practice of cash bail in Philadelphia which had fueled mass incarceration in this city for years. In addition, POWER has run some of the largest voter outreach programs in the state, reaching communities that are often ignored by the campaigns. As we work to expand our reach in Pennsylvania and to take on bigger policy wins at the state capital, we invite you to join our movement by making a financial contribution today! Thank you for your support.
