StayWoke enlists thousands of volunteers, activists, and concerned civilians in the work of advancing equity and justice in America. We are a 501(c)(4) tax exempt organization.
Our projects include:
- OurStates, an advocacy platform that identifies, tracks and supports legislation to advance equity and justice in every state.
- Restore The Vote, an ongoing campaign to register thousands of returning citizens to vote in Florida following the enactment of Amendment 4.
- Justice for California, a project focused on changing the police deadly force standard in California by passing Assembly Bill 392 - the Act to Save Lives. The bill would require police to use alternatives to deadly force whenever possible, reducing police violence statewide.
