  3. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
All contributions are reported to the State of New Mexico as a political contribution to The Democratic Party of Valencia County, including the donor's name, address, and contribution amount, as required by law.
