Hello!
My name is Cesar Stewart-Morales and I represent you - the residents of Nobscot and Saxonville living in District 2 (Precincts 3 & 5) - as your voice on the Framingham City Council.
I am working to make sure that our legislative body works as an effective partner with other city and state leaders in order to make progress on the issues that matter most to our community.
I am currently serving a 2-year term through December 31, 2021. Fundraising is an ongoing effort and allows me to keep in contact with Framingham residents and, of course, to help get my message out when re-election time comes around. All contributions, big and small are always welcome.
