Homar Gomez, a dedicated community advocate and the current president of Easthampton’s City Council, is excited to announce his candidacy for the position of State Representative for the 2nd Hampshire District.

With a deep-rooted commitment to public service and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of constituents, Gomez is prepared to advocate on behalf of the diverse needs and interests of constituents in the 2nd Hampshire District, which represents Granby Precinct 2, Hadley, South Hadley, and Easthampton

 Building upon his extensive experience on the Easthampton City Council, Homar is confident in his ability to effectively advocate for the issues that matter most to the residents of the district. As the Easthampton City Council president, he has a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families in the 2nd Hampshire district. 

Throughout his career, Homar has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, integrity, and a relentless dedication to community development. This unique perspective will enable Homar to craft innovative and effective solutions to address the pressing issues impacting the community.

In his role as State Representative, Homar Gomez will prioritize:
