$38 billion in new Pentagon spending?

Negotiations on the 2016 defense budget are underway, and right now Republican hawks in the House are poised to pass a bill that authorizes $38 billion more for the Pentagon. And still there has been little discussion of using this budget to repeal or substantially alter the Defense Department’s 1033 program – the program that’s transferring military-grade weapons to local police.

I'm pushing for reforms, but I need your help. Will you stand with me by giving $10 to the Justice Fund by April 30?

Thanks,

Congressman Hank Johnson
