  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  6. I am not an executive of a fossil fuel company.
  7. This contribution is made from my own funds or the funds of an authorizing corporation or other entity, and the funds are not being provided by any other person or entity.

Contributions or gifts to this campaign are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Oregon offers an income tax credit to residents who contribute to qualifying state, federal or local political campaigns. The total credit is limited to $100 on a joint return or $50 on a single or separate return. Please see OregonTaxCredit.com for details.
Contributions or gifts to the DCCC are not tax deductible. An individual can contribute as much as $41,300 ($82,600 per couple) per calendar year to the DCCC's general fund for use at the DCCC's sole discretion. A multicandidate PAC can contribute as much as $15,000 per calendar year to DCCC’s general fund for use at DCCC’s sole discretion. All amounts in excess of this by individuals or PACs, up to the legal limits, will be for the DCCC's building account or recount and other legal proceedings account.
