Associate (non-voting / outside 30th district) - $10
Membership levels Family and above allow for two (2) voting members at our monthly general meetings. Please provide their name in the text box at the end of this form to ensure you both have a vote at our meetings!

- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
