- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I certify that this contribution is being made from my own personal funds, is not being reimbursed in any manner, and is not being made as a loan to the committee.
- The address I have provided is my residential address and not a P.O. Box.
Contributions to Friends of Andrea Stewart-Cousins are not tax deductible and are limited to no more than $11,800 for the General Election and $7500 for the Primary from Individuals and Political Action Committees (PACs) Total contributions from corporations and LLCs may not exceed $5,000 per calendar year in the aggregate to all New York state and local candidates and committees. It is strictly prohibited to reimburse another individual's or entity's contribution. All contributors must be US citizens or permanent resident aliens (green card holders).
