Donate to Hurricane Michael Relief Efforts

Hurricane Michael has devastated communities across the Florida Panhandle and Big Bend. Please consider splitting a donation between the following nonprofits providing services to those affected by the storm.


American Red Cross: Supports evacuation centers for thousands of people who sought shelter during the storm and is now operating a large-scale relief effort providing shelter, food assistance, health and emotional support, and will be helping rebuild people’s lives.


Big Bend Homeless Coalition: Provides emergency shelter and vital services to vulnerable communities in the Big Bend.


Feeding the Gulf Coast: Works with national partners, organizing volunteers and relief efforts to ensure essential food is getting to those who need it in the aftermath of the storm.


Florida Disaster Fund: Assists Florida’s communities as they respond to and recover during times of emergency or disaster, coordinating with the public sector, private sector, and other non-governmental organizations to support response and recovery activities.


National Diaper Bank Network: Works with local diaper banks in Florida to prepare, stage, and distribute supplies to families hit hardest by Hurricane Michael.


Portlight: Provides inclusive relief to people with disabilities, older adults and others with access and functional needs for over twenty years. Works to ensure that people who require medical equipment and assistive technology have what they need in the aftermath of the storm.


Team Rubicon: Provides disaster relief to those impacted by Hurricane Michael, pairing skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders, medical professionals, and technology solutions, focusing on helping underserved and economically-challenged communities recover after disasters.


The Humane Society of the United States’ Disaster Relief Fund: Provides assistance to rescue operations and animal shelters for air conditioning, food, and other support for animals in need in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael.


United Way of Northwest Florida: Helping people in Northwest Florida recover from Hurricane Michael by connecting those in need with social services networks, working with local service organizations to assist communities, providing emergency grants, and manages volunteers to help communities respond and recover from the storm.
