- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a United States citizen.
- This contribution is not from a corporation or labor union.
Under Colorado campaign finance law, contributions to this candidate committee from individuals, sole proprietorships, LLPs, LLCs, political committees and Federal PACs are limited to $450 total per election cycle. Contributions from small donor committees are limited to $6,200 total per election cycle. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign governments and non-U.S. citizens are prohibited. Registered lobbyists and their principals are prohibited from donating to this committee when the Colorado General Assembly is in session.
