Donate to Climate Kids for Haiyan Relief

Goal thermometer

Thank you for taking part in Climate Kids for Haiyan Relief with Climate Parents and Registered Nurse Response Network.

Every penny we receive will go to the Registered Nurse Response Network, helping registered nurses get to the Philippines to provide direct medical and first aid support to impacted kids and families. Your contribution will make a difference, and your generosity is appreciated.

About Registered Nurse Response Network
The Registered Nurse Response Network (RNRN), a project of the 185,000-member National Nurses United, works to send nurses to disaster stricken areas both inside the U.S. and internationally. RNRN was formed in 2004 in the aftermath of the South Asia tsunami in 2004, when the need for nurses was not being met by traditional disaster relief organizations. Since that time RNRN has sent hundreds of direct-care nurse volunteers to assist following Hurricane Katrina, the massive earthquake in Haiti, and Hurricane Sandy.

About Climate Parents
Climate Parents is a powerful, new movement of families advocating for bold solutions to climate change. We work at a national and regional level to fight dirty energy and to scale up renewable energy, to enact policies that help protect kids and communities from climate impacts, and to ensure our kids learn climate science and climate solutions in schools. Parents and families can be game changers in the fight against climate change.
