Contribution Rules

  1. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

An individual can contribute as much as $33,400 ($66,800 per couple) per calendar year to the DCCC’s general fund for use at the DCCC’s sole discretion. The next $100,200 of an individual’s contribution will be for the DCCC’s building fund. All amounts in excess of this, up to the legal limits, will be for the DCCC’s recount fund.

Contributions or gifts to Advantage 2020 are not tax deductible. Your contribution will be deposited in Advantage 2020’s Contribution Account, to which individuals and Federal PACs may give $5,000 per calendar year. Corporations, labor organizations, and other federally prohibited sources may not contribute to Advantage 2020’s Contribution Account. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per calendar year.

Contributions and gifts to the McNerney for Congress Committee are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
