Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
The DGA Victory Fund was established by the Democratic Governors Association to help elect Democratic Governors in key battleground states across the country, such as Pennsylvania, Michigan, Minnesota, and elsewhere. Your contribution will accordingly be treated as a donation to the DGA Victory Fund and used to support these vital efforts. If you do not want your contribution to be used by the DGA Victory Fund, please notify us in writing at compliance@dga.net by within 60 days of the date on this letter and we will place your contribution in a different DGA account. If we do not hear from you within 60 days of the date on this letter, we will treat the contribution as a donation to the DGA Victory Fund. Please do not hesitate to contact us at (202) 772-5600 if you have questions. Contributions will be used in connection with our grassroots matching program and excess funds will be treated as general contributions. To opt out of the matching program, please contact compliance@dga.net.
