  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
  4. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  5. This contribution is made from my own funds or the funds of an authorizing corporation or other entity, and the funds are not being provided by any other person or entity.
  6. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  7. I am not a federal contractor.
  8. I am a United States citizen.
  9. This contribution is not from a corporation or labor union.
  10. I am not an employee of the Ohio public office for which the recipient of my contribution is a candidate.
  11. This contribution is not from a corporation or labor organization.
The committee is required to obtain certain information about donors for compliance with Nevada campaign finance law. Nevada law allows donations up to $5,000 from each individual, corporation, PAC or other entity per election for a combined total of $10,000 for the Primary and General elections.
The above contribution rules are ActBlue contribution rules. Ohio law limits contributions to $12,707.79 per donor, or $25,415.58 per couple per election cycle. Ohio law also requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $100 in a calendar year. Corporate contributions are prohibited by law. Partnerships, limited liability companies and other unincorporated entities may contribute, but must include the name of the owner or owners to whom to attribute the contribution. Contributions or gifts to Cordray/Sutton Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Ohio taxpayers may claim a state tax credit for contributions made to political campaign committees of candidates for statewide office or the General Assembly. The credit is the lesser of the amount contributed or $50 for an individual return or $100 for a joint return. If you would prefer to donate by check, please mail to Rosen for Nevada, PO Box 27195, Las Vegas, NV 89126. Contributions to Rosen for Nevada are not tax deductible. An individual or federal PAC may contribute a maximum amount of $2,700/$5,000 per election, the Primary and General being separate elections. Contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Contributions must be made from the contributor’s own funds, not those of another and contributors may not be reimbursed by any other person or entity. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
