Incumbent Republican Sen. Pat Toomey has worked hard to look moderate while racking up one of the most right-wing voting records in the Senate. He may be the toughest GOP incumbent running in a purple state this year, and Democrat Katie McGinty has him locked in the fight for his life, with polls showing the race in a dead heat.
