Contributions or gifts to DSCC are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

An individual can contribute as much as $33,400 ($66,800 per couple) per calendar year to the DCCC’s general fund for use at the DCCC’s sole discretion. The next $100,200 of an individual’s contribution will be for the DCCC’s building fund. All amounts in excess of this, up to the legal limits, will be for the DCCC’s recount fund.

The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows: The first $2,700 of each contribution from a person and the first $5,000 from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to Tammy for Illinois and will be considered designated for the General Election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Illinois. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting info@tammyduckworth.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.

Contributions to Maggie Hassan Victory Fund shall be allocated as follows: The first $5,400 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multi candidate committee will be allocated to Maggie for NH. The first $2,700 of a person's contribution and the first $5,000 of a multi candidate committee's contribution will be considered designated to the primary election; the next $2,700/$5,000 will be considered designated for the general election. The next next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 of each contribution from a multi candidate committee will be allocated to the New Hampshire Democratic Party. Any contribution may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting emsmith2@gmail.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contribution may lawfully give to any participant.

Oregon offers an income tax credit to residents who contribute to qualifying state, federal or local political campaigns. The total credit is limited to $100 on a joint return or $50 on a single or separate return. Please see OregonTaxCredit.com for details. Contributions or gifts to this campaign are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Contributions to Cortez Masto Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $2,700/$5,000 of each contribution from an individual/multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Catherine Cortez Masto for Senate. Any remaining funds will be allocated to the Nevada State Democratic Party. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting ldecot@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.

Contributions or gifts to the Ross Victory Fund are not tax deductible. The first $2,700/$5,000 of each contribution from an individual/multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Deborah Ross for Senate and designated for the general election. The next $10,000/$5,000 of any contribution from an individual/PAC will be allocated to the North Carolina Democratic Party. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions will be used in connection with a Federal election, may be spent on any activities of the participants as each committee determines in its sole discretion, and will not be earmarked for any particular candidate.

Spouses (including legally married same-sex couples) may contribute $10,400 ($5,200 each) by one check drawn from a joint account and signed by both individuals.
