Become an Official Member of the East Bay Young Democrats

The East Bay Young Democrats (EBYD) is the East Bay’s largest Democratic organization for young progressive Democrats. We are shaping the Democratic Party for the next generation and promoting the interests of young adults in local, state, and national politics.

When you become a member, you will gain:

• The ability to vote in our official endorsement processes, shaping our organization's direction, and directly supporting the candidates and legislation you care about.
• Access to our members-only Facebook Group, allowing you to meet and network with fellow young progressives!
• The opportunity to hold higher office in our organization, such as board positions, in future years.

You must be under the age 36 years old to become an official member, but there are no age restrictions or obligations to pay dues in order to attend our events. Thank you for supporting a more vibrant and equitable East Bay! We're glad to have you on board.
