Fair Wisconsin has been at the forefront of the movement for LGBTQ+ equality for nearly three decades. As the only statewide LGBTQ+ civil rights advocacy organization in Wisconsin, we envision a society in which all LGBTQ+ people are treated with dignity and respect.

We work to achieve this goal by advancing and protecting LGBTQ+ civil rights, equity, and justice through year-round education, grassroots organizing, voter engagement, lobbying, legislative advocacy, coalition building, and strategic electoral activity.

All of our efforts are designed to educate the general public, promote a politically active and powerful LGBTQ+ community in Wisconsin, and better inform policy makers on the issues facing LGBTQ+ Wisconsinites.
