This Saturday, June 30th marks our most critical test to date. With California’s new open primary law, only the top two candidates advance to the General and must report fundraising totals to the Federal Elections Commission (FEC). There is no doubt that the media, the pundits and my opponent will use those totals as a measure of our chances for success in November. With the summer advertising about to begin, the National Republican Congressional Committee announced they have set aside $18.2 million for congressional campaigns nationwide. They’ve reported that $3.08 million is allocated to four highly contested races in the Sacramento area; one of which includes my new 3rd Congressional District. We must show we will have the resources to go toe to toe with our opponent. This is why we set a goal of raising $10,000 before the June 30th deadline. Help us and contribute today!
