Join us for a fun filled weekend full of progressive fellowship and inspiration.

Friday Night: April 10th Hospitality Rooms sponsored by: Teamsters Local 245, IBEW Local 753/453, Carpenters Local 978, S.M.A.R.T., Missouri Democratic Party, Greene County Democratic Central Committee.

On Friday, April 10th from 5:00-8:30 PM, we will have the silent auction, hospitality rooms, a charity project for the homeless served at Bill’s Place and informational booths for political and community organizations. The location for the Friday night activities will be at the Oasis Convention Center, 2546 North Glenstone, Springfield, MO.

On Saturday, April 11th, the day will begin with the Democratic Alliance Breakfast at 8:00 AM at the Oasis Convention Center. Included with breakfast, our featured speakers will be Missouri Attorney General candidates Scott Sifton and Jake Zimmerman.

The noon Sponsors’ Luncheon, included with your Sponsorship ticket, will be held at the Tower Club located at 901 E. Saint Louis Street. We are thrilled to have as our guest, Marideth Sisco and members of her band Blackberry Winter. A Singer/Storyteller, Marideth shares the stories and sounds of the Ozarks. At 5:00 PM, there will be a Sponsor's Cocktail Reception at the Oasis Convention Center followed by the Jackson Day Banquet at 6:30 PM.

At the Banquet, we will be joined by several statewide Missouri Democratic elected officials and our keynote speaker, Jim Hightower.

Jim Hightower, a syndicated columnist, national radio commentator, publisher of the Hightower Lowdown newsletter, and the New York Times bestselling author of "Thieves in High Places" will use his particular brand of humor, astute insight, and common sense observations to illustrate his unique understanding of the American political system.
