Contribution Rules

  1. I am a United States citizen or a permanent resident alien.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  4. I am at least eighteen years old.
  5. I am not a foreign national, federal contractor, national bank, or corporation chartered by an act of Congress

Contributions to Baldwin Wisconsin Victory Fund 2012 will be allocated as follows: Of contributions received through the day of the Wisconsin primary election, the first $5,000/$10,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to Tammy Baldwin for Senate. The first $2,500/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution will be considered designated for the primary election; the second $2,500/$5,000 will be considered designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin. Of contributions received the day after the Wisconsin primary election through the day of the Wisconsin general election, the first $2,500/$5000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to Tammy Baldwin for Senate and will be considered designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting rosea@wisdems.org. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
