Under our newly elected 26-year-old Chair, we're launching an innovative Area Plan that will build robust, year-round political communities throughout the county; communities that will produce trained and dedicated volunteers to animate more voters. We're updating the way we collect and leverage our data. We'll engage younger voters in new ways. We aim to become a dynamic, efficient, and modern organization that will take us from 93rd place in the state in turnout to one of the top ten. When Mecklenburg County pulls its weight, Democrats can and will win statewide elections—U.S. Senate, Governor, Attorney General, and judicial races.
