Make Sure Cuccinelli and the Tea Party don't steal the Attorney General Election

On Tuesday night, the State Board of Elections certified the results of the election and Mark Herring won the election for Attorney General by a narrow margin. That means Democrats won all three statewide offices for the first time in 24 years!

But our work isn't done — we expect Republicans will file for a recount any minute now.

We need to make sure our legal team is fully funded to fight back against any shenanigans the Republicans pull — especially since the legal counsel for the State Board of Elections is none other than Ken Cuccinelli.
