Dr. Lee Rogers and Norman Solomon are challenging what Dwight Eisenhower called "the military-industrial complex."

In Northern Los Angeles, the newly redrawn Congressional District 25 has gone from a former GOP stronghold to an area that Barack Obama carried in 2008. The incumbent Republican Congressman, Buck McKeon, has been in office for more than 20 years and currently serves as chairman as the House Armed Services Committee. He takes big checks from military contractors and serves their interests, not the interests of the public.

Running against him this fall is progressive Democrat Lee Rogers, a podiatrist running an amputation prevention center in Los Angeles County who got fed up with Congress and decided to challenge McKeon.

Please help Norman retire debt from his very slim primary defeat and help Lee raise needed funds to combat his conservative opponent in November.
