Paul Russell for Essex County Sheriff
Paul Russell is a dedicated family man, a lifelong Democrat, and a 30 year veteran of the Drug Enforcement Agency. In these troubled times, when the opioid crisis cuts straight across all cultural and economic boundaries and through to the heart of all of our communities, the top law enforcement officer in the county needs to understand the problem at every level and to be able to work across agencies to enact meaningful solutions.
