Save our Bill
The Stop Militarizing Law Enforcement Act has gained some real momentum since I introduced it last month with my colleague across the aisle, Rep. Raul Labrador.
If Democrats hold the Senate, our bill has a good chance of making it to the President’s desk. But if our Democratic Senators are replaced with hard-right conservatives, our bill could be done before it even makes it out of the House.
