Gainey for Mayor is permitted to accept contributions from individuals, PACs, sole proprietorships and partnerships which are not treated as corporations for tax purposes. Individuals and partnerships may give a maximum of $3,500 and PACs may give a maximum of $5,000 between 11/3/2021 and the 2025 primary election.

  2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
