Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Markey Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $7,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to The Markey Committee. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to Educate and Innovate PAC.
A contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant by contacting LPaulson@vlpc.com. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
