Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Nikema Williams House Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $13,200/$20,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated 50% to DCCC’s general fund and 50% as follows: $3,300/$5,000 to Nikema for Congress for use in the primary election; and the remaining $3,300/$5,000 to Nikema for Congress for use in the general election. The next $282,500/$95,000 will be allocated to DCCC as follows: the first $34,700/$5,000 to the general fund; and the next $247,800/$90,000 to the recount or building fund, in DCCC’s sole discretion.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting spence@blue-bird.net. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
Contributions or gifts to Nikema Williams House Victory Fund are not tax deductible.
