Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Marie Gluesenkamp Perez Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $6,600/$10,000 of a person’s/multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Marie for Congress. The next $10,000/$5,000 of a person’s/multicandidate committee’s contribution shall be allocated to the Washington State Democratic Central Committee. The next $5,000 of a person’s/multicandidate committee’s contribution will be allocated to Timber PAC.
Marie for Congress and Timber PAC do not accept contributions from corporate PACs. Any contributions received from these sources will be reallocated to the remaining participant where permitted.
The first $3,300/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution to Marie for Congress will be considered designated to the primary election; the second $3,300/$5,000 will be considered designated to the general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
