Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Qualified multi-candidate PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per election ($10,000 per cycle) to a candidate for Congress. Individuals may contribute up to $2,900 per election ($5,800 per cycle). Campaign committees may contribute up to $2,000 per election ($4,000 per cycle) to a candidate for Congress. Contributions or gifts to Josh Harder for Congress, Katie Porter for Congress, Mike Levin for Congress, Kermit Jones for Congress, Christy Smith for Congress, Dr. Asif Mahmood for Congress, Will Rollins for Congress, and Jay Chen for Congress are not tax deductible.
