Ramos challenges the Texas' 3rd Most Vulnerable GOP Incumbent for 102 House Seat

Republican Incumbent Koop is ranked as the 3rd most vulnerable GOP Incumbent in the Texas House. District 102 is ranked 2th in Partisan Index (most Democratic) and is 4th as the Republican district having the lowest number votes cast for Donald Trump in 2016.  Ana-Maria Ramos is the Democratic Nominee.
