Men4Choice 10 Year Anniversary Chicago Celebration
We are thrilled to invite you to join Men4Choice as we celebrate our 10th anniversary and honor Governor JB Pritzker for his consistent allyship on the fight for Reproductive Freedom!
In 2015, we launched Men4Choice in Illinois for a simple reason. Despite 6 in 10 men supporting abortion in most or all cases, the vast majority of pro-choice men were sitting on the sidelines in the fight for reproductive freedom. Over the last decade, Men4Choice has expanded far beyond our home state helping change the way men think, speak, and act in the fight for abortion rights and access.
Men4Choice isn’t simply unique because we have built a large community of young men who care about abortion rights and access, though. We have created what may be the only self-generating and consistently growing community of young men engaged in progressive politics AND that community happens to be centered around abortion rights and access too.
Now, a new challenge must be addressed. Specifically, our movements for progress cannot succeed moving forward, especially the fight for abortion rights and access, unless we win back a critical portion of young male voters.
With an urgent need to win back young men, Men4Choice is ideally positioned to play a critical role moving forward in voter engagement and mobilization with a proven model that’s having an impact across the country, including helping expand abortion rights and access here in Illinois.
All proceeds from this event will support our voter engagement efforts across the country, including in key races in 2025 and 2026 for the future of reproductive freedom.
