13 in 2024: Competitive US Senate Races

In 2020, when Joe Biden was elected President and the Senate returned to Democratic majority, we began to reverse the horrors of the Trump presidency. More work needs to be done and maintaining/expanding the Senate majority is crucial.


Here is a way to contribute to the 13 Democrats running in the most competitive 2024 races. Unless you indicate otherwise, your contribution will be divided evenly among the Democratic candidates.

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  6. Your contribution to a nominee fund will be held in escrow by ActBlue until a Democratic candidate is nominated in the congressional district for which you selected. Your contribution will be forwarded to the Democratic nominee within ten days of their nomination. In the unlikely event that no nominee is selected, your contribution will revert to ActBlue and will be considered as a contribution to ActBlue.
Under federal election law individuals may contribute a maximum of $3,300 for the general election. Under federal election law PACs may contribute a maximum of $5,000 for the general election. Federal law also requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle. Contributions or gifts to “Bob Casey for Senate” are not tax-deductible for income tax purposes. Only personal, partnerships, and political action committee checks please, we are unable to accept any corporate funds.

An individual or federal PAC may contribute a maximum amount of $3,300/$5,000 per election, the Primary and General being separate elections. *The first $3,300 from an individual and the first $5,000 from a PAC will be designated for the primary election. Any amount above $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election.* Contributions from corporations, labor organization treasury funds, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Contributions must be made from the contributor’s own funds, not those of another and contributors may not be reimbursed by any other person or entity. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
Contributions to Montanans for Tester are not tax deductible. An individual may contribute a maximum of $3,300 per election (the primary and general are separate elections). By submitting your contribution, you agree that the first $3,300 of your contribution is designated for the 2024 primary election, and any additional amount up to $3,300 is designated for the 2024 general election.
